Our Barra B Wild Caught Barramundi Fish Leather products are constructed to exacting standards. The fish leather itself has its own characteristics, being that over time; as it ages gracefully scale pockets appear bringing a matured texture to your purchased product. No warranty claim is accepted due to this normal aging of the leather.
We guarantee up 3 years our Barramundi leather , when our products are subject to normal use.
Factory warranty – 3 months from point of purchase.

We sell and ship our products both within Australia and Internationally. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Services. A signature is required at the receiving end upon delivery. We suggest you use a business or residential address to receive your order.
Track parcels
Regular shipping sent as registered parcel post. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer upon dispatch.

Overseas orders are shipped via Australia post International Air.

Once orders are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays that may occur due to any third party or “act of God”.

  • If any loss of shipped orders occurs due to any 3rd parties, we take no responsibility. However if this case may arise, please contact us immediately.

No returns or exchanges are accept for the following products:
Shoes ; hats : clothing ; belts
All products are inspected by our team to ensure items ordered are in quality condition before packing and dispatch.
We will accept returns provided that our dispatch department receives the returned goods within 14 days from “Point of Purchase”, within Australia and within 21 days for overseas returns.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customers.

The Goods have not been used , scratched , soiled or damaged in any way , no odours and are in original condition and undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase. We will inspect the goods upon receiving, within the given time , via Registered Post at the expense of the customer.

We recommend returns to be insured, as we take no responsibility for lost returns.

*Notes:

  • We accept returns only once per customer.
  • Whenever a return occurs, the Purchaser will be asked to choose another product that is equal or higher in value than the returned goods.
  • No change of mind refund, please choose your product wisely.
  • No returns or refund for On-sale or Promotional items.
  • Lost in-transit return items to us via post are your responsibility, we will not offer credit or refunds on lost parcels.

Goods are deemed to be faulty if they are delivered by 3rd parties in a damaged condition.
Or if a genuine manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months from “Point Of Purchase”.
Damaged goods resulting from normal use are not to be deemed faulty.

Pricing, product details , descriptions and availability we endeavour to keep up to date. However errors may occur. In the event of any error we will contact you as soon as possible.

When you place an order with us , we receive it as your offer to purchase selected items or item. An email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receiving of your order. Upon checking our store availability is ensured we will email you with receipt of payment and the dispatch of goods . This moment to be deemed the “Point of Purchase”.

 

All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation payment of orders placed. All prices are GST inclusive for within Australia. Pricing, availability, delivery service are current, however at anytime may change.

Insurance of goods is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Overseas customers are GST exempt – GST applied at 10% sale.

Barra-B also maintains a customer database (referred to on the website as “our mailing list”) for the purposes of sending out information that may be of interest to our customers, such as notice of forthcoming Annual Sales, and a limited amount of other news or stock information.

Barra-B takes seriously the issue of our customer’s privacy, and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. We will not use this information in any other ways than those outlined in this statement. No credit card number is stored in the system.

If at any time you no longer wish to be notified about new Barra-B products or services or promotions, you should contact a Barra-B consultant (see details below), and Barra-B will delete your personal information from our system.
